Stone was convicted by a jury not the judge.

And it’s like that in every case of the Trump friends or associates!

This is the pattern - not the Exception.

McCabe, Yates, Coney, Strzok, Page, Hillary - they all are above the Law.

.

By giving the Left yet another point to attack, calling it cronyism and coverup. Why feed them?

Trump had never shown any concern in the past about criticism of his cronyism and claims of coverup. Why start caring now?

Especially since 1000 Judges are going to have an emergency meeting over Trump and Barr now discussing a case.

Is Stone worth committing suicide over? He should just stay silent and let it play out- he can always pardon. Just adding fuel to the fire with his twitters.

Delaying it would make it look like she was influenced by his demands.

And refusing to delay it in defiance of his tweet shows that she WAS influenced by his demands. #bias #confirmed

Screw them. They don't get to decide what the prosecution recommends and they don't get to say that the Justice Department doesnt' have to answer to the President just because they don't like him. What they can do is decide to hammer everyone connected to Trump, which they are doing anyway, and which shows they don't deserve to be judges. But that's another story.

Somehow I think she'll take defiance over compliance any day.

Judge is probably planning to issue a sentence that is relatively light. If the sentence is reasonable enough, Roger Stone may just take it, rather than risk a second trial after which he could get a longer sentence.

Side-note — This Judge sentenced Jesse Jackson Jr. to 30 months in prison for stealing $750K in campaign funds. The strange coincidence . . . . Rod Blagojevich was a witness at that trial, suggesting JJJr tried to buy Barack Obama’s Senate seat. Small world I guess.

The circumstances that the judge and jury foreman had it in for Trump allies. The sooner they get him in prison, they think the heat will die off.

Of course not. Teh judge is a partisan appointed by the totalitarian dictator wannabe B. Hussein.

When did we lose our country? It had to have been long ago, but we didn’t even know it. Now we’re figuring it out, and it’s too late.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is another Obama stooge. She cannot do anything else but go after Stone with all she has got. Looks like Trump will have to pardon him.

But as another poster mentioned, this Obama judge DID sentence Jesse Jackson Jr. to 30 months in federal prison and Jackson’s wife got 12 months in prison.

We didn’t elect PDJT to worry about elections.

As a matter of fact we did. This country's on a knife edge in danger of becoming Venezuela Del Norte if our Maoist Party succeeds in taking the White House.

Trump should give Stones defense attorney a pre-pardon to read to the judge the second after she finishes sentencing and a p.s. F.U. You bitch!

Berman-Jackson is dirty. Let’s see if she sees the “light” when she sentences Stone. She needs to be investigated for the dirty jury forewoman she allowed to be seated despite her massive anti-Trump bias and actions.

The judge has already announced that Stone will not be sent directly to prison after sentencing. She’ll set a date after deciding (denying!) the pending motions.
