Stone is still trying for a retrial due to a polluted jury...this action may serve to delay sentencing.

The sentencing will be Thursday. No delay.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is another Obama appointed judge and exhibits the same mentality as all the rest. Watch the sentence she imposes.
