Watch. “

I hope he does.

Well, Romney could return to his roots in Casas Grande, Mexico.

I predict that “Mittens” will NOT resign from the Senate & the UT GOP will NOT have the GUTS to DEMAND that he resign his seat & just GET OUT.

A real PITY in both cases. = IF there was no 17TH AMENDMENT, the UT legislature could simply RECALL him.
(I’ve said for over 50 years that passing the 17th was a BIG mistake.)

Yours, TMN78247

I hope he does.

I’d love to see him resign, but changing parties; not so much. We don’t need the dems getting one vote closer to getting control of the Senate. Look what losing the House has done for us.

He’s not going anywhere. The Mormon Bishops got just the man they want in the Senate. The Mormon church is one “revelation” away from becoming some anti-government coven of polyamorous letches....no, wait, that’s what they were before 1890.

Oh, please. Like that kind of a guy is going to give up the spotlight because of a couple resolutions.

I smell a pseudo death and resurrection Phoenix scenario here. Romney, unjustly accused for voting his conscience, resigns to a political death... but surprise... is resurrected as a VP candidate for either the Dems or a new independent party.

Sorry, that’s too corny. Mitt will not quit, IMHO.

Romney will be in the Senate until the day he dies.

Of course, that assumes Mitt Romney has really resided in Utah during the past 12 months. /sarc

I heard he got ads in his mailbox in Utah for "lower your interest rate by transferring big credit card balances." and "Two Burger King Whoppers for the price of one with a soft drink purchase."

Does that count as having legal residence in Utah?

And Bloomberg said he would do a phony move to a new address in order to be out of NY to allow his VP Hillary to run with him.

At least they are doing more than AZ did against McCain and Flake.

It’s made Trump more popular than ever.
