This excellent bit of history by (Burton Folsom) should be of interest to every American over six. The FDR agenda is alive and well today...it is called Power over American citizens.

Hell FDR forced England to accept the right of self determination as part of the North Atlantic Treaty to get our help in WWII, which pretty much ensured that the British Empire would dissolve...

FDR Forcing that condition, led directly to the end of the British Empire, as now ever British territory could not cite they had the right to self determination by the British Governments own recognition.

This was a spectacular interview, I recommend it to anyone interested in US history; particularly anyone who thinks that the current state of affairs in our government is somehow more squirrelly at this point in time then it has ever been before. Again, I strongly recommend this interview.

The Democrats under Jefferson built their house atop of the Louisiana Purchase.

Under Jackson they built it on top of the sovereign States.

Under Wilson they built it upon war powers.

Under FDR they tore down the old Republic, cast aside its Constitution, and built a new order based on Arbitrary government.

And then Mr No Repeal Eisenhower rubber stamped it.

Life, Liberty & Levin is much watch tv for me... all the interviews Levin does are very good and the one with Burton Folsom was one of the best. What an enlightening bit of history that has become so easy to gloss over...

The first 12 minutes of the interview are still posted here... https://www.foxnews.com/shows/life-liberty-levin

But is a good friend and, indirectly, my inspiration for writing “A Patriot’s History of the United States.”

His “Myth of the Robber Barons” is a classic.

I saw it. Lots of surprises.

I knew about FDR’s abuse of the IRS and his attempt to load the courts. What I didn’t know:

A young Lyndon B. Johnson was a real FDR butt kisser. He said that he agreed with 100% of FDR’s opinions. In return, LBJ got all sorts of federal money for Texas.

In 1936, both republicans AND many democrats were very concerned that FDR was becoming a dictator. Polls in 1936 were as high as 45% of Americans though FDR was a dictator.
