Life is GOOD today, so not spoiling it by watching any of those fear-mongering, lying, DemonRat loving, talking head extensions of the Dems/DNC (Maria excepted, of course)!!!

So here's why today is especially uplifting for me (I've been in a bit of a depressive slump lately):

+ After a week of rain, the SUN IS SHINING!!!

+ Got a beautiful Slow Cooker Pork Loin with Rosemary and Garlic in the works for this afternoon - it's seared off, in the slow cooker & already smelling fabulous.

+ The IRON DOG 2020 Snow Machine Race (Pro Class) starts today - 11:00 AK time. I'll have the GPS up along with the Iron Dog Group page on FB (where all the locals post - better than TV/announcers). I spent yesterday afternoon watching the adventures of the Rec/Trail class so I'm ready for the Pros.

+ ..... and POTUS Trump will be at the Daytona 500, might even make a lap around the track in the Presidential Limo (The Beast) if they can figure out the banking ... a lap on the apron is an alternative. ALL those Trump/MAGA fans - it's going to be fabulous & the smell of smoke from the DemonRats hair catching on fire will be in the air (assuming they have hair left, with all the 'winning' that Trump has been doing lately!)

The decision to not prosecute Andrew McCabe is a very clear indication of why it is so important to decentralize the various government agencies. There is another thread today that talks about how the jury pool in DC is limited and there would be no reasonable expectation that McCabe would be convicted; more like an OJ verdict rather than a Roger Stone verdict.

I saw some Mike Bloomberg commercials, and realized that I probably had never heard him speak before. What a boring guy. And why is Bloomberg "News" allowed to operate while he is running for President? That is a classic example of conflict of interest.

If Bloomberg select Hillary as VP candidate, who will program the GPS to find Wisconsin?

I posted this to myself to avoid having any being offended by being posted to, or thinking that somebody else wrote the post.

THIS POST IS DEFINITELY FOR DOG LOVERS!!

We all love Maria and in addition to what she does, there are few true investigative reporters that deserve respect, IMO. Of course there is Sharyl, Catherine Herridge, and I also include John Solomon & Sara Carter.

When you see Sara on Hannity, you have no idea what her personal story/challenges are, but I ran across one on her podcast that I think is well worth listening to (you might want to have a tissue handy). Sara’s husband Marty was in Eastern Afghanistan & almost lost his life to a grenade - he survived, but was blinded; however, a guide dog (and now a 2nd one - 1st is retired) has made life so much better & easier. Dogs like Kenny & Summit play a critical role in improving the lives of veterans bearing terrible damage from their service, both physical & mental. I often confuse Alaska (AK) for Arkansas (AR) in the postal service abbreviations; I can understand how AR could be taken as Arizona (AZ).

CBS, Face the Nation: Steyer mentioned it again today, as well as at the last debate re: reparations: “400 years of history”.

Without saying it, he’s endorsing the 1619 project, which has been pushed by the NY Times and trashed by historians. It’s basically a ‘bash whitey’ project.

Steyer is reportedly polling better in Nevada and SC, but I suspect that remains to be seen ....soon enough. He’s loaded, so probably won’t drop out. He’s also being blamed for fomenting the impeachment process very loudly for over a year with TV ads, and now refuses to take any blame for egging on Schitt&Pelosi.
