Andrew Napolitano, who is hardly a cheerleader for Team Trump, told Tucker Carlson Thursday evening that Tomeka Hart, the woman who served as foreperson on the jury during Roger Stone's trial, could face jail time if it's determined she lied about her bias when she was selected to serve on the jury....
....Tomeka Hart's Twitter page, which hasn't been active since November 2019, is full of anti-Trump tweets and links. It's obvious this woman was a hardcore partisan who was set on convicting Stone and lied in order to get on the jury to ensure that happened.

Nine years.
(Only fair)
Wow, it looks like Napolitano has rediscovered his brain.
Ain’t gonna happen.
I don’t think the juror had to lie. The judge was making sure the jury was full of Trump haters so she may have been perfectly aware of this juror’s background.
Why does anyone listen to Eddie Munster?
Why does anyone listen to Eddie Munster?
Zero chance. The judge will deny all motions to dismiss the charges, and Stone will end up in prison.
Are we on the threshold of the awarding of the “Judge Nap Finally Being Right about Something” award?
Yeah. That’ll happen.
Yes, she lied, and should be punished.
But, what about the other members of the jury? Did she influence them?
WTF is a foreperson? a discarded private bit?
After a thorough investigation, involving countless interviews, dozens of subpoenas we have found that even though there were some mistakes made, there was not any criminal intent. Therefore, this matter has been resolved. We will not be taking any questions.
the jury turns in its notes. are those notes preserved after the trial?
Not a lawyer, but I think it taints the whole jury regardless of whether she influenced them or not.
I read a bunch about this.... if true... she is in deep do do if somebody grows a pair and prosecutes.
As if.
I’ll start by saying I don’t believe anything will happen to punish the people who did bad things.
The real offense that deserves attention is if Amy Berman Jackson unprofessionally or even illegally in the jury selection (I read one account where Stone’s lawyers attempted to reject the juror but she overruled them. Don’t know if that is true). Stone’s legal team should have been right on the judge to replace the juror once she tweeted about watching Cspan during the trial. They knew what they were working with once the jury was seated.
If the Republicans gain control of congress again, should be no hesitation to impeach and remove federal judges who exhibit an overt political bias. If the Dems get the chance, they’ve already shown a willingness to manufacture a charge in an attempt to use impeachment to remove the President, and the activist left is seething about all the federal judges appointed by the President, so they’ll be quite happy to use impeachment if they can to remove judges that won’t rule the way they want.
You have never heard the term before? He/she is the leader of the jury.
Everyone in the courtroom knew..Stones lawyer tried to get her tossed and judge said political bias is no reason to get tossed.....THEY ALL KNEW
