I heard Marie Osmond has a home in St. George.
Eagle, Vail, Edwards, Avon...
You need to post the view from your front porch.
Timothy Egan clearly suffers from permanent PMS.

Timothy Egan is suffering from a cranial-rectal inversion.
I have a former office mate that goes to St. George fairly often.
I’ll have to talk with him about it.
Theres a charity tour of homes in St. George this weekend and Marie Osmonds is included on the tour. My lady and I could walk through her house if we wanted to.
Here ya go. . .
Dear cali LIBs: If you move, don’t come here to UT. We already have enough LIB/lunatic nitwits and don’t want more. Keep out!
I’m in St G too. Hopefully, all LIBs won’t come here. We find them to be obnoxious and shun them or ridicule the few that are here.

NYT is rife with crazy persons.
IF California is actually gaining population, this is how they are counting it:
They have to be counting the illegal invaders flooding over the border for the last 10 years. Being happy to call this an ‘increase’ in population when they are not able to be productive in any sense of the word, and are a drain on the economy that still does exist in California is being very deceitful to the rest of the country.
Over 150,000 —mostly productive—Californians moved to Nevada alone last year. Many moved to Texas & other Midwest areas. True that they are bringing their upside down values with them, but the locals in those new areas still do have a voice. AND—they have the ability to educate those new arrivals about how successful a state can be when not flooded with illegal invaders sucking at the public teat.
Other reports say that California is losing population, just as Illinois & other states run by Democrats are also losing.
I think this author needs a reality check.
Are they trying to convert Texas into Dumbass-ia, you mean, or happy to be shut of the idiocy that keeps making California third-world again? Well, any former Californians or long-time Texans care to chime in?
Great photos! Yep, pure beauty (and that Marmon accent [except U R not even supposed to say “Marmon” anymore — only the full-long name will do])!
Close but no cigar. Back up to the fork in the road and turn right and then right again. The google boys put #28 in the wrong place. Just returned south to Mount Carmel yesterday. Had two serious tumors removed at the Huntsman cancer center on the 3rd. Five hours of surgery. Back in a month for six weeks of radiation.
Terrible Views painting by Bruce Everett a California Artist who escapes on occasion.
Born and raised in California, and grew up there in the 1950s and 1960s, and entered the USAF in 1970. Returned to California after discharge, but left for good in 1979, as it was evident that the state was changing drastically from the paradise I had known growing up.
Oh, its close. Best view from my neighborhood. I took it myself. . . We also get a great sunset view from the porch over a Southwest bluff and those houses on the left in that photo. We wish we did have a better view from the house, but no houses were available with great super-great views when we bought in July in our price range.
You should see some of the views from houses that are available now that we are sending Zillow listings to friends of ours who are planning to escape from California. Too bad they werent available in July. . . But we are happy with what we bought. There are three reasonably priced homes perched on the bluff with killer views.
How about a photo of our house, and from the driveway instead of the porch, as shrubs and a tree blocks the view of the north-south oriented bluff that splits St. George into two parts?
Are you in #28? #24 is diagonally Southwest across the street from us.
Both Google and Apple Maps get this neighborhood wrong. Ive been trying and trying to get Apple Maps to correct the location of my house since I moved here. They keep saying theyve corrected the problem but also "no cigar." They keep moving the drop pin, but never hit it right. If you do what you direct, youre headed Southwest on Dixie Drive, unless you do a U-Turn. If youre in this neighborhood, then you know the houses all share the same street address, with separate Unit numbers where there are about 120 houses all with the same street address, which causes delivery drivers no end of problems.
For example, when I picked up our mail yesterday by the clubhouse, there were two packages on top of one of the banks of mailboxes. The postman was driving away as I flagged him down to give them back to him, and he embarrassedly told me that he forgot them; they both had no unit numbers on the address, just the street number and were undeliverable. Another was Republic Waste Services sent us to collections because the bill for the dumpster we needed when we first moved here to dispose of cardboard boxes, never arrived because they neglected to add the Unit number and it never got to us. The first we knew was when the collection agency started calling demanding payment for the secondary dumping fees, since I had paid in advance for delivery and pickup, but not for an emptying when it got filled while we had it.
My lady and I are going to have to get meet you and yours. . . our prayers for your recovery and healing.
My lady just looked up our neighborhood voting registration.
184 people registered to vote among the houses with the same address different unit numbers. Only 16 were registered Democrats! 116 were registered Republicans. The balance were independents or other party. LOL! Amazing!
That is exactly what I had in mind. Result? The Dem Party implodes.
