It is conceivable that Rich ‘stumbled’ upon some trail that led to the actual ‘downloader’ of data, and some discussion there between the two on the sidewalks of DC (after midnight) occurred. The robbery story that the DC cops have suggested, is mostly a joke.
If he was wearing what the police said they found on his person, if he had in his pockets and wallet what the police they said they found on his body, the “robbery story” is totally a joke.
