Jesus didn't. Depending on source He either disallowed it completely or allowed it only in the case of infidelity.
Jesus didn’t allow for adultery, but I don’t think he disallowed divorce. God also said “I hate divorce”, but allowed it nonetheless. I don’t recall a single Biblical verse where Jesus said “Do not divorce”, or something along those lines.
