“limited access”?

Screw you Mario.
All necessary access at ICE and BP discretion or no deal.

In this case, limited access would be access to records of those who have applied for these trusted traveler programs.

I have a NEXUS card which, among other things, allows me to pass quickly and easily over the US/Canadian border and to pass quickly and easily through TSA screenings and US Customs inspections. In order to get one you have to pass a background check by the US *and* Canadian governments. I assume that the US Government had access to my state DMV records...along with many other records as well (criminal,IRS,etc) before approving my application.

In order to become a "Trusted Traveler" the government must be sure that you're a "solid citizen"...and a clean DMV record is part of being a "solid citizen".
