Former Memphis City Schools Board President Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted former Trump adviser Roger Stone on obstruction charges last year -- and soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light.
Hart even posted specifically about the Stone case before she voted to convict, as she retweeted an argument mocking those who considered Stone's dramatic arrest in a predawn raid by a federal tactical team to be excessive force. She also suggested President Trump and his supporters are racist and praised the investigation conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which ultimately led to Stone's prosecution.
Meanwhile, it emerged that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views -- and whose husband worked at the same Justice Department division that handled the probe leading to Stone's arrest. And, another Stone juror, Seth Cousins, donated to former Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke and other progressive causes, federal election records reviewed by Fox News show.

Wow! That’s bombshell worthy.
A jury of your peers?
Well, nobody cares. Trump is the enemy and always will be.
He could cure cancer, but Obama would get the credit.
At the very least, you’d have to throw out the conviction and do the whole trial over again.
The PLOT thickens this is Fox so it has legs!!!
My wife was recently on a jury. On the first round, every white person in the room was struck as a potential juror, and sent home. Just sayin

mistrial
It is impossible for a Republican to be judged by a jury of “peers” in DC. This Jury FOREMAN demonstrates this quite well. Stone is just lucky the death penalty was not on the table. Unfortunately for Stone, his appeals will go through the DC Circuit, which is more slanted than the 9th.
Par for the course when you go up against the feds. Part of the plan, i’m sure. Unless you are very, very wealthy, they can bankrupt you in court. Even if you are wealthy, they can in some cases freeze assets, levy massive fines or threaten to go after your family and friends. What a country we live in, yes!?
Yet another warning shot for anyone who might consider working with Trump. Rudy Giuliani must pretty much expect he’s next at this point, but is too old and ornery to give up.
This is grounds for a Stone mistrial.

Politically biased judge and jury. Just great.
This is strait up “prosecutorial misconduct”.
Case should be thrown out!
Won’t happen, but the judge should be disbarred, and prosecuted.
In a halfway just scenario, Stone should sue the life out of all involved.
And because it was part of a greater coup conspiracy against the POTUS, the judge cannot even rely on “misjudgement” due to being “stoned”.
Political operatives aren’t biased? Only in a “ progressive “ world this has got to stop
Trump fired the prosecutors? I read they resigned.
The DOJ wants to run the country. Comey set the entire process up for the DOJ to be administrators of the USA and will use overkill to achieve their goals.
