How much does the Constitution allow the Legislators to meddle in the POTUS decisions?? Are their any Supreme Court decisions protecting the President from over zealous Congress critters??
Theoretically they can pass legislation (if they had veto proof majorities to override vetos). I’m just as happy to have them spinning their wheels on stuff like this that has 0 chance of going anywhere.
