A majority of Americans in a new poll say they are better off now than they were three years ago.

Just over six in ten Americans, 61 percent, told Gallup pollsters that they are decidedly in better shape than they were shortly after President Trump took office in 2017, a sign of a recovering U.S. economy.

A little more than a third, 36 percent, said they are definitely not better off than they were in early 2017, while just 3 percent said their prospects remain the same.

In early 2012, months before former President Obama won reelection over now-Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah), 45 percent of respondents in the same poll said that they were better off than they were three years earlier.

Americans in the new survey were largely split by party over their opinion of their economic prospects: 89 percent of Republicans said that they are better off, while just 29 percent of Democrats agreed. Sixty percent of independents said that they are definitely better off now than three years ago.

A little more than a third, 36 percent, said they are definitely not better off than they were in early 2017,

These are the bitterest of Trump haters and deniers that believe that Trump's existence makes their lives miserable. These people are employed, have roofs over their heads, growing retirement plans, and yet they refuse to believe they're better off.

The rabid Anti-Trumpers won’t give an inch. Ever.

I’ve accepted it. We’ll MAGA on without them.

The REAL fact is that, everybody should be better off than 3 years ago, and much better off than 10 years ago, and better off than ever. Political affiliation prevents people from admitting the truth. Even Nancy and Nadler and Schiff and everybody in the democratic party leadership, are all better off. But, it’s all about politics and power for them.

During the Obama presidency, I bought six guns for myself and my sister with 1,000 rounds of ammunition for both. They weren’t so much for self defense as to use for trading if Obama destroyed the dollar. He certainly made a run at the dollar, by doubling the dollars in existence and then throwing another 87 billion dollars into the economy each month. THAT was the largest “tax” in history. It devalued every dollar we earned before he got into office. As an example of the impact, my sister liked Tupelo honey. It went from $9 per bottle to $35 for the same bottle today. (The best bargain on Earth now is a gallon of gas at $2.45.)

This is what communist’s do, debase the currency. It’s in the communist literature that is the path to power. Are we better off now? I can’t get through the day without seeing help wanted signs. So, yes.

6 in 10 admit they are better off but those who refuse to “admit” it are still better off...they are just Trump hating republicans and Commiecrats.

Keep in mind that there are a third of the people who will lie because they are died in the wool liberal dems.

They will not admit that the economy is as strong as it has ever been. That unemployment is at or near all time lows. That the stock market is at record highs. That real wage growth is up, especially in lower wage jobs. That capitalism works, and socialism does not.

It is kind of like people who will not admit when they have lost. Bitter clingers.

Even Biden is out there saying that he will FIX the economy. And the fake news repeats it.
