Please do not introduce sanity to the conversation. I’m afraid to turn the TV on as I expect impeachment hearings to be announced immediately. Or will they WAIT for something BIGGER? It’s for sure going to happen!!!

I would point out that absolutely NOTHING that Trump said matches what they claim. He did not say he SHOULD be disciplined, he did not say he WANTED them to discipline him, he did not say that HAD to investigate him.

He was asked a specific question about this, and his response was just that it was up to them, and he thought they might be looking into it.
