That’s my point and Hyundai sends finished products here or they send parts from Hyundai Korea such as transmissions to their factories here in the US. But some of those parts come from subparts supplied from Chinese lines.
The supply lines are America’s Businesses’ Achille’s heel.
It would hit what a friend calls UCLA (the Upper Corner of Lower Alabama) hard. Between the Kia plant on the Alabama border in West Point, Georgia and the Hyundai plant in Montgomery, there are a ton of supplier plants.
