Several times I saw her talking to someone. Her lips were moving as if she was saying something, but Pence was ignoring her.

My niece who is a drug counselor said Pelosi routine displays the symptoms of someone high on methamphetamine one of which is “jaw grinding”. She was in the same state at last years SOTU as well. They need to demand she take a drug test. This is outrageous that a woman who makes decisions that affects millions can be on hard drugs like this.
