There’s also the fact that this is an RNA virus. RNA viruses have a nasty habit of copying parts of things they ‘see’ which is why they are hard to fight. There are already known examples of other RNA viruses taking on board parts of AIDS strains completely without outside human interference.
Just a thought on why we would invest trillions in a Chinese lab, no oversight by CDC, cheaper, less safety requirements?
