I agree. Mark is filling in today. The ONLY bright spot in ANY of this would be more Steyn.

My worst fear? They’ll give Hannity more air time! My local station FINALLY moved him to the 6pm slot so I don’t have to listen to his inane chatter, mid-day. Sorry. Not sorry! :)

When Rush first came on the radio in the NYC area, I had been listening to another political person -— forgot the name. Well — they said Rush would be taking over and when he first came on, I listened to his opening remarks. He said he didn’t do interviews! Didn’t do interviews???? HUH? I remember looking at the radio and asking how long YOU are going to last without interviews and commenting on them, buddy?

Well, it wasn’t long before I realized that Rush didn’t NEED to do interviews!!!!! he had his own personal way for a radio show, and not only did it work, but it worked perfectly for him. I was a loyal listener from then on.

Praying for you Rush and as I said in another thread -— if you hear ringing in your ears -— it is just all of us praying for you. Love you Rush!

I just met a gal who was told to get her affairs in order, as her tine was short.. She began doing on line research and discovered the dog de wormer.... That was a few months ago. Her scans since, have improved dramatically. She said the word is getting out, as the price used to be $5.00. Recently it has increased to $15.00.

Awful that you had to go thru that so young, but you’ve done great!!

My mom had NHL as well about 18 years ago. She handled treatment really well. Last Year, They thought she relapsed, but did not. She ended up with Hodgkins instead. Hodgkins is considered more treatable. But, at her age, she couldn’t have the full treatment. She had B symptoms (daily fevers, sweats, chills) multiple times a day. She never had that with her NHL. I wouldn’t wish those symptoms on anyone.

I guess if you think all cancer is genetic, if you don’t have the gene you CAN’T get the disease.

The first time someone asked me whether I listened to *Rush Limbaugh*, I actually asked what a *Rush Limbaugh* was.

So, I watched his show. This was in the early 1990s and he came on at 2 am.

I lived in a part of San Diego County that didn’t get good reception so I sent my long ago beau up to the roof to install one of those whirly gig antennas.

I remember his snark after he was done: “All that for *one* guy”.

And, that is the story of how my old boyfriend got himself ex’d.
