“The swamp isn’t so big or too dug in for His Hand to uncover and reveal....”

I wish I was that optimistic.

This self-governing Republic was forged by men who had all experienced tyranny first hand. They were keenly aware of the lies that would-be tyrants tell, the disguises they wear, and the pain and destruction they inflict on life and liberty.

250 years later, are there enough of us who can recognize tyranny when we see it, and have the will to fight it?

Yes however their agenda will continue....and they all claimed victory in Iowa....no matter what the vote actually was it’s already yesterdays news. everybody has moved on.

Biden was done even before Iowa....but the Dems stil cover for him...I still think possible Bloomberg coming in on Super Tuesday is Bidens crutch....he’ll either take Bidens wand and run with it or Bloomberg will prop him up. Perhaps even a dual ticket.

President Trump should use the Iowa caucus as an impeachment defense, saying "based on the Iowa caucus mishap, what is easier to believe: that the Russians tamper with elections or that people, especially Democrats, just make mistakes?"

....”are there enough of us who can recognize tyranny when we see it, and have the will to fight it”......

Yes, even if they wouldn’t understand calling it tyranny they know when things are wrongfully done. The question is always acting on it or not.

The greatest failure of the citizens of this coutry was Roe vs Wade.....even then voters could not grasp how that would play out in the deaths of millions of our children today.

But you are correct about our founders.....they went to war because they couldn’t imagine living even two weeks under Britains King George!

The Republicans are doing a good job of defending Trump in the Senate today. Rand and Cruz were excellent exposing the corruption and worth the listen....unfortunately too few are tuned in now. The public attention span is very very limited....there's only a small window of time they can present anything to the people before they tire of it.

The President will have a great speech.......and does not need to defend himself referencing the impeachment.....His astounding record of achievements for this country and on the world stage 'IS' his defense.

Oh that’s funny! .....One could say he won the Dem Caucus too! HAHAHA!

Actually he did get 97% of the vote in the GOP...ran against two anti-Trumpers.

Honestly, I tuned in for the trial, but tuned away to the Limbaugh show today while the Senators were speaking.

As far as I'm concerned, "debate" in the Senate is no longer about changing minds, so I'll just wait for the vote tomorrow.

But I AM anxiously awaiting the SOTU speech tonight.

I have to find out when his speech is....it’ll be great to hear him in a formal setting. However I expect Nancy will be up to her tricks.

Likely..it's like trying to still play the game when it's already been called and the bleachers are almost empty.

Much like the Nuremberg trials, and the half hearted defense lawyers trying to explain the actions of their clientd

Looking like Shifty Schiftt may not get even a single Republican to vote to remove President Trump from office.
Even Susan Collins will vote to acquit.

Hey Pierre Delecto where are ya?

WHOA!! Whatever you do, don’t make eye contact with Collins. She could spook to the other side...
As far as Delecto goes, I can honestly say at this point “I don’t give a rat’$ @ss what he does”. No one is going to be giving him kudos and I hope he spends the rest of his time in the Senate sitting alone in a corner somewhere, trying to figure out just WHERE he went wrong

Senator Mike Rounds also made a strong, excellent speech for all of us and the President.

I had seen little of him before today. He is an excellent guy.
