We can see the basic outline of how a fraudulent impeachment scheme was constructed through an alliance of operatives in the National Security Council (NSC) and staff in the House committees. Our nation is currently dealing with the consequences. However, if we go back to Nancy Pelosis December 2018 rule changes, there is clear forethought.
It now looks like the Lawfare network constructed the whistle-blower complaint aka a Schiff Dossier, and handed it to allied CIA operative Eric Ciaramella to file as a formal IC complaint. This process is almost identical to the Fusion-GPS/Lawfare network handing the Steele Dossier to the FBI to use as the evidence for the 2016/2017 Russia conspiracy.
NSC resistance member Alexander Vindman constructs a false story about the Trump-Zelenskyy phone call; he shares the false story with CIA operative Eric Ciaramella (a John Brennan resistance associate and former NSC member). Ciaramella then makes contact with resistance allies Sean Misko & Mary McCord working within the HPSCI.
Mary McCord (former DOJ-NSD and current Lawfare) then helps Eric Ciaramella create a fraudulent intelligence community whistle-blower complaint to submit to her former DOJ-NSD lawyer, now Intel Inspector General, ICIG Michael Atkinson.
And thats how this entire Impeachment operation gets started.

Sundance comes up with real good info, but if you disagree with him on HIS forum, you’re banned.” Ristvan”, a top former attorney, had a difference of opinion a few months back, and has been gone since. A big loss for that site, as he was extremely knowledgeable in law.

Let’s not forget the policy change in whistleblower testimony, to include second hand (fabricated) facts.
I wish Barr would look into LAWFARE. I think the IG is under investigation for how he changed the rule.
It’s funny, when Trump admin changed the Census, the DEMS went to court or something as asked about the motive for changing it and a Judge ruled they couldn’t do it.
Crowdstrike, nothing. Lawfare, nothing.

Don’t tell anyone what his name is.
They all deserve 40 year prison sentences. That will make others think twice about these seditious acts. Throw Adan Shiff for brains & Jerry Jabba the Hutt Nadler in too, for good measure.
Was Ristivan banned or did he quit? I missed the details of the disagreement.
Im not sure, but it was the second time he had a disagreement, and he hasn’t posted since. I cannot post now for about 4 or 5 months because I pointed out how all the sessions butt kissers are now calling people “trolls” that question Barr’s lack of indictments.

Sorry for the double post.
I knew something had happened with Ristivan and I really appreciated his comments. He lives in Florida like Sundance.
I don’t challenge Sundance even though I sometimes think he stirs up a few too many conspiracy theories. However, overall Sundance somehow knows a lot.
He also forbids Q talk.
So we are trolls are we? Remember AG Barr is the guy who decided it was OK that Lon Horiuchi shot Vicky Weaver in the face with a .308.

FAKE NEWS!
REALLY, PATHETIC FAKE NEWS!
Adam Schiff/Nadler/Pelosi/CNN is that you?

Well, exactly that planned and coordinated outcome is visible as incoming Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi presents her new rules for the 116th congress.
Without getting into the weeds (which I leave to others), that is hard to doubt. And obviously this information makes a powerful talking point for President Trump in his quest to retake the House majority in November, as Im sure he will bend his efforts toward. In hindsight, someone should have seen the framing timbers of this impeachment a year ago.But the point I have is that the Senate Republicans need to change their own rules, in response. Altho it would have been normal and expected to do that at the start of the 116th Congress, the example of the adoption of the Reid Rule in November of 2013, about a quarter of the way thru the 113th Congress, shows that it can be done at any time.
The Democrats have made it plain that they are very likely to pull the same stunt again. And sooner rather than later, and more rather than less.
The Senate needs to defend itself. I cant cite chapter and verse, but it has recently been asserted that there is at least one historical example of an article of impeachment having been passed by the House and ignored by the Senate. And that is obviously what should have been done with defective Schiff/Nadler articles.
I dont know what exactly constrained Majority Leader McConnell to tie up the Senate (giving up time which obviously would have been better spent confining judicial appointments) by taking up the Schiff/Nadler articles, but obviously some Senate rule mustve required it. And some new rule must now be instituted to prevent a recurrence.
There should be no difficulty composing a rule which would do that, and which would have prevented the Senate from taking up the Clinton impeachment as well - thereby giving cover. Obviously it would have to be crafted not to touch the ability to have done the Nixon impeachment.
Yep - giving Hose committees subpoena power for their normal duties, w/o a House vote doesn’t authorize them to also run an impeachment w/o such a vote - they tried to sneak in another fast one...I bet Roberts is glad he didn’t have to be a deciding vote...it would have entailed being even more corrupt than even the ObamaCare debacle.
Only if you disagree with the cheerleaders there that hit the “contribute” button more often than me, or a larger $$$. That “may” have some influence. But I still read some articles there as he does have some good info often. Its when he jumps to conclusions too early in investigations, that you must keep your opinions on his site to yourself, or the “troll” name comes up from his followers. BTW I have a place right below Ruby Ridge in Naples Idaho.
