Logistics might not be that contributory to it.
We do want a place that is isolated. Not sure if the facilities would lend themselves to this type of a situation though.
You almost need to isolate each sub-group.
You could be clean, then contacted by an infected person the day before you were to be let go. They wouldn’t know, and you could be a carrier upon return anyway.
It’s sort of like they would need a room for each family or perhaps work group.
