My brother had snake when he visited Texas and liked it.
But his stomach was a little upset that night.

When I worked in south Texas, I ate a couple of fried pieces of rattlesnake at the Rattlesnake Roundup in Freer, TX. It wasn’t that bad...kinda bony, and IF I were starving to death, I’d eat it in a second. However, I’m certainly not going to the local supermarket looking for it. :)
