I'm sure they're more than aware of what's happening at the state department and 'all required steps will be taken' - you know, getting people to promise not to go to Disneyland as soon as they reach the US, things like that. Diplomats and connected people will of course follow completely all these requirements to protect the United States...
But honestly, there are hundreds of already exposed people in the United States. The risk to the general population by this plane load in totality is likely less than say a single college student returning from visiting family.
In that case, we're all dead. I think I'll withdraw my life's savings and start having fun in the few weeks I've got left.
Its a 1000 people and it is like dropping a bomb on SF area in one
direct hit .
This is ground Zero and it has a two week incubation period .
Its insane to let a 1000 back here with no strict
quarantine .
But do it off shore on a military base and not expose our state side DRs and nurses .
