Your mud puddles are now safe from the navigable rivers issue. Dry creek beds can now have water in them again. So, those that were prosecuted under the WOTUS BS, will they be made whole? Can they build their holding ponds again? There is a poll at the site as well.

I feel like adults are back in charge instead of idealistic know-nothing children.

I appreciate what Trump is doing, but just like every massive DC, unlimited debt-funded bureaucracy from the intelligence community to EPA to Dept of Education - the entire apparatus remains in place, to simply be cranked-up again the next time a destructive socialist is elected to the Presidency.

I have a small Indian stream on some land I own. In the Summer there’s a trickle of water, even when it’s in the 90s. I have horses on the ground, and thought, wouldn’t it be smart to dam up one end of this here little creek, and when it rains, plus the little water flow already there, they’ll be ample water for the horse, not to mention to irrigate the vegetation.

Of course, I was told I could NOT do this by some bureaucrat, when I asked if I could do this.

I assume now that I can?
