The "judge" does not comment on a president's duty to safeguard taxpayers' money and/or to root out corruption by American citizens using connections to powerful US politicians in an effort to enrich themselves in foreign countries. The "judge" has also failed to take into account the comments of a confused and politically naive EU ambassador:
"No one else on this planet told you that Donald Trump was tying aid to these investigations, is that correct? Rep. Turner Yes. Sondland."

Someone posted the legal requirement that foreign aid be tied to corruption by the recipients. I think it was the US Code. Anyone know?
