I don’t listen to disgruntled, ethically challenged, TV legal analysts with axes to grind. Why is he still not on the bench instead of bloviating distortions and misrepresentations that don’t conform to the law?

BS. The president has and SHOULD have the power to withheld assistance money to other countries.

That’s how he finally got the cooperation of Honduras and Guatemala to take their refugees back (they were refusing until Trump pressured them)

I suspect that turd Napilatano has worn out his welcome at Fox. I see they have been using former prosecutor McCarthy in some of the legal spots. I hope he replaces Napilatano because I hate having to get up to switch the channel every time that legally ignorant turd shows his face on my screen

All nothing. No proof of a crime and House managers haven’t proven their case beyond a reasonable doubt.

President Trump isn’t required to prove a negative. Nappy, shut up and go away!

Hey, Andrew! Treason? Bribery? High crimes and misdemeanors?

Not mentioned in either article of impeachment. Using public office to seek political benefit is the livelihood of politicians.

Trump is the first President in history accused of practicing it. C’mon now!

Trump had legitimate reasons to delay aid--to try to get the Germans to pitch in and help more, to try to ensure a genuine battle against corruption in Ukraine (a country notorious for corruption). That he also thought he could get some political advantage against Biden is just Schiff & Ciaramella's inference...he asked Zelensky to "do us a favor," not "do me a favor."

Agreed. Another legitimate reason is that Trump may have just wanted to fight corruption in general. Ukraine was a big feeding trough for multiple politicians and their families. This type of stuff has gone on for too long.

That Biden was being bribed big time by the Ukrainians while being Obama's point man for Ukraine doesn't bother the Democrats in the least. We are living in an Alice in Wonderland world.

That sums it up nicely, well said.

They only care if you’re watching commercials, so be sure to include at least one commercial break in your boycott.

Judge Napolitano is the last person that should be talking about the impeachmenT.
He’s the last on to talk to about law in general. Now molesting boys, he knows his stuff.

So Biden and his crackhead son are immune from scrutiny because he’s running for President? Interesting opinion, toolbag.

I wonder if Hunter was ever caught smoking crack or patronizing prostitutes while in Ukraine.

Strange channel. The only winning move is not to watch.

Thank you. This should be brought up every time the dem/socs claim Trump was going after Biden, specifically. He was following his duty as CEO before releasing the funds to the Ukraine, which he did before fiscal year end. What a farce this is.

like i said- there are some good folks there- contending for the truth- but unfortunately the station is shoving more and more liberals in their- but it is still the one channel many folks have for at least some solid conservative news-

What a farce this is.

Concur...The Rats are shotgunning their accusations at all sorts of targets hoping for a possible double impeachment, discrediting administration officials, success in 2020 etc. hoping to hit something that works. Transcripts of this, emails of that, hearsay, feelings... blah blah blah... aren't making an impression on the general public. But I am sure a VP's kid hauling tons of cash out of a foreign country is a different matter.
