She ought to. This was Streisand’s way of supporting Janey and her anti-American acts in Vietnam. Fonda actually set up her notorious 1972 trip to Hanoi over years of verbal protest and Streisand supported her by doing the movie that came out a year later. This way Streisand could support her but keep out of the mainstream liberal causes like she has chosen to do today.
