I think I saw that movie when I was a teen-sarc-but the only people we knew about who really did stuff like that were a another rancher and his wife who lived up the road-my mom said they were swappers/swingers-not Eskimos...

Meh. While it’s good that this places a legit organization back into the funding process, I still see no reason any FedGov $$ should be going to any of these organizations. What part of the Constitution says Federal $$ can be given away to random women’s health organizations?
