The problem is that there are some companies that do fit her stereotypical mold. Ignoring that won’t make them go away. That seems to be the British capitalism model, and I’ve seen it followed too many times. I’ve also seen the American style capitalism model followed. It encourages self starting individualism by rewarding them for innovation. These styles of companies, over the long run, will drive the other types out of business.
