I use to drive a Yellow cab in the 1990s, early 2000s. Guess who never tipped and would rarely pay the full fare, if they paid at all? All the time. I would say 90% of blacks I picked up would never pay the full fare. If the fare was $8 they would give me $6 and say "catch you next time" which was lucky because a lot would open the door and run away. And then that leftist piece of rat sh-- Danny Glover one day complained no taxis would pick him up so Giuliani who had NO idea what it was like to drive a cab, mandated all cabs pick up blacks no matter what, even if they were dressed in gang colors or you lose your license. So robberies shot through the roof, cabbies got killed, and basically had to eat the fact that they had to give free rides. I found out later that the only reason Glover complained was to promote his movie "3am" which was about what else? Taxi driving! Nice guy right?
