This is the only peaceful solution I see.
Northam has done everything except issue a formal declaration of was against over 90% of the counties in the Commonwealth. He and his merry band of deranged, doped up, infantile aspiring tyrants have clearly indicated that they despise law abiding, patriotic Virginians. His fake emergency declaration is transparently designed to foment violence, not to prevent it.
While joining West Virginia would sound good, it would be better if they declared themselves to be a NEW STATE as that should give us two new REPUBLICAN Senators.
I don’t believe it is Wisconsin that has a piece of land surrounded by Canada, but rather Minnesota. Lake of the Woods specifically.

Right. The ‘Northwest Angle’ borders Canada by land but only by Lake of the Woods from the rest of the state of Minnesota.
Wouldn’t it be more logical for the areas around DC to secede from Virginia and join DC? It’s the effects of the politically and economically swollen government spilling out of DC into Virginia which have created this problem.
It would leave Northam and his fellow wannabe tyrants with little population to control and tax. It would leave them holding the bag. An empty bag.
Or they could form their own state and leave "Virginia the Totalitarian State". Instead of "Virginians Are Lovers" their name could be "Mid-Virginians For Freedom".
I can't imagine law-abiding Virginians will tolerate this tyrannical gun-grab by the democRATS. Something will have to give.

This would NOT be forming a NEW state. It would be counties from one state crossing over the join another existing state and is constitutional IMO.

Those counties are part of the state of Virginia, in his eyes. You think he won’t try to FORCE all that tax revenue to stay in “HIS” state?
Not saying folks shouldn’t attempt it; I’m saying just don’t expect it to be a peaceful transition. This assclown governor will definitely try to flex his beer balls.
Yes. Let’s make West Virginia blue. No thanks. Keep in mind even though they are fighting this doesn’t excuse them from making the entire state blue.
West Virginia should also annex the counties of western Maryland abused by the legislature in Annapolis.
Hmmmm, if the red bits of PA went with VA it would make it easier to include Upstate NY’s red counties....
