She has had to use an ethical, corrupt, and potentially illegal tactics to force the legislation through the house, neither of which garnered a single Republican vote. The first piece of legislation, Obamacare, cost the Democrats somewhere around 1000 elected seats across the nation. It remains to be seen what this latest will cost.
