Has anyone ever been prosecuted for violating the Logan Act?

Certainly not Kerry, who is an Iranian agent.

Certainly not Bill Clinton, who tried to sabotage the Iraq war by going behind our back to the allies and trying to convince them to abandon the U.S.

Neither is in prison.

I looked it up, it said only two have ever been indicted, one in 1802 and the other in 1852 but not convicted. Sometimes I wonder why we have laws if they are only going to be selectively enforced based on politics. If Kerry robbed a bank, is he going to get away with solely because he’s a former SoS and a democrat?
