A few days before Christmas, Julian Assange testified to a Spanish court that a Spanish security company, UC Global S.L., acting in coordination with the CIA, illegally recorded all his actions and conversations, including with his lawyers, and streamed them back in real time to the CIA. He will, at the end of February, make a similar complaint to a British extradition court about the CIAs alleged misbehavior.
Will such misbehavior, if proven, set Assange free?
The Daniel Ellsberg case may be instructive. You may recall that after the U.S. Supreme Courts decision in the Pentagon Papers case, Ellsberg was indicted under the Espionage Act for leaking Pentagon documents to the New York Times and the Washington Post.
After the trial commenced in San Francisco, it was brought to the judges attention that the White House plumbers broke into the office of Ellsbergs psychiatrist. Based on that information and other complaints of government misbehavior, including the FBIs interception of Ellsbergs telephone conversations with a government official, Judge William Matthew Byrne decided that the case should be dismissed with prejudice because the government acted outrageously.
For similar reasons, the case against Assange should be dismissed, if it reaches the U.S. courts.

When discussing Julian Assange, see the Epstein Remedy.
The courts are not unbiased; the feds don’t want Assange freed, so he won’t be.
Assange knows that Seth Rich was the source of the DNC data.
I don’t expect he will live to tell about it.
The Federal Alphabets can do anything they want.
And they all stick together.
He's had lots of chances to tell about it, including on Hannity.
Why do you think he hasn't?
We can’t even get Flynn freed with admitted FBI corruption, I doubt Assange will get any relief.
I have no idea.
I’m pretty sympathetic to Assange.
I’m also cognizant that pissing off numerous major governments & powerful people by publishing their secrets & tools will put one in a very painful position of metabolic uncertainty.
Kudos to Julian for shining light on wrongdoers. And no surprise he’s in a box now.
Assange had a hearing this morning. WikiLeaks did a release last week, or so, IIRC.
Our media is busy distracting us with other things. I support Assange. One of the reasons Trump has lost my confidence in him is the torture and remand of Assange.
*** He’s had lots of chances to tell about it, including on Hannity.
Why do you think he hasn’t? ***
Because he is a man of his word. WikiLeaks does not reveal sources.
Assange knows that Seth Rich was the source of the DNC data.<<<
POST OF THE DAY!
To quote Anton Chigurh, "Not in the sense that you mean."
It may be his best bargaining chip, if extradited to USA, for best living conditions or pardon from President...depending on what he knows and is willing to share.
Pompeo stands in his way, for that idiot does not like Assange. Trump would be more likely to help Assange, if Pompeo was not in picture. I do NOT trust Pompeo. If any appointment was a mistake, I believe it was him... that is my gut talking, not comfortable with him, after much prayer. Is he deep state? Or just like John Bolten, who turned out to be a disappointment, and now maybe an enemy of President.
Assange is in prison, as USA is trying to extradite him to USA.
