So you don’t think the ones moving are more likely to be more conservative voters, moving out of blue states to a place where they’ll feel more comfortable?

Remember, even in NY and Illinois, about 35-40% of the voters vote GOP.

Texas will shift to (D) within a couple elections with the huge influx of California residents.
