Where are our injunction happy “Trump” circuit judges?

I would assume they can't do anything until actual laws are passed.

The power mad Democrats seem determined to break the state and the country. For the present, I hope the January 20th demonstration will be peaceful, but there may be Rat false flag operations to cause violence. After this package of laws are passed into law, there should be lawfare and attempts to get the courts to provide injunctive relief for awhile, but, at some point if the Rats start shutting down businesses and seizing weapons from individuals, they are inviting an insurrection.

The protesters should stay home - all that they’ll do is provide an opportunity for Gov. Blackface to show that they are unhinged. Antifa will likely be there instigating things, with the police being conveniently occupied elsewhere - but you can be sure that there’ll be cameras.

Best efforts would be toward organizing court challenges and organizing voters for upcoming elections.

I think that most of the folks who bother to attend 2nd amendment sanctuary meetings in their county and plan to attend lobby day already deign to vote. I bet most of the folks who don’t vote have no idea any of this is goin on and couldn’t even name governor coonman much less their congressional representatives.

But your point is well taken. The people who care about politics and culture, at least enough to vote about it, tend to vastly overestimate the number of people who care like they do. The number of eligible voters who choose not to vote have outnumbered the turnout of either party for 100+ years, and dwarf the turnout of both combined for state and local elections.

Yup, should have been protesting before these commies were elected. Once these laws are in place good luck getting rid of them.

Yup, Trump had the house and senate but the commie sympathizer Paul Ryan squandered it.

decriminalization of marijuana

Good idea - though legalization is a better one.

What would be the result if a sheriff in a sanctuary county prevented state agents from shutting down a shooting range or a firearms dealer? Can the governor fire a sheriff, as happened in Florida where the sheriff of Palm Beach County was deposed? If he cannot, then he would be compelled to arrest the sheriff. At which point, if the sheriff resists arrest by the state police with the assistance of his deputies and a civilian posse, that could trigger an insurrection, and the governor calling for martial law. If Trump deprives him of the National Guard, he will be unable to enforce the Legislature's anti-gun legislation. Assuming Trump loses (I hope not) and a Democrat is in the White House in 2021, the governor would keep the National Guard plus Army and Marine support. Barring a military mutiny, there would be a Waco massacre on an exponential scale.

Then that should also apply to guns and ammunition; both of which VA plans to outlaw.

The anti-defense protests of ‘69 and ‘70 changed nothing. The change towards anti-defense policy was brought by lobbyists and politicians who worked for the “upscale,” un-American parents of the spoiled brats. Politicians laugh out the sides of their faces at protesters.

Protests will only get conservatives into trouble with accusations and slander and give every good voter a public affairs black eye.

Put your efforts and whatever money you can afford into your own lobbies, media efforts and campaigns for votes. If more of us took those actions, they wouldn’t have a chance to violate our rights. Keep your eyes on the ball, and avoid being distracted.

The commies here are not afraid of protests. Only the most stupid people fail to see that *the commies are only afraid of the NRA.* They whine endlessly about the NRA and call for shutting it down.

Protests by misled and misguided conservatives are no more than an opportunity for the left to outlaw conservative speech with repeated accusations and legislation.

How many of you have noticed the anti-Second-Amendment laws passed in states that legalized marijuana. And that was after so many public repetitions of the red herring equating drug abuse with Second Amendment freedoms. Drug abuse turns minds to the left and towards compulsive deception.

How have those California political tactics worked for us?

Post #15 makes a persuasive case to the contrary.

equating drug abuse with Second Amendment freedoms.

Nobody equated those. The argument is that the liberty to sell, buy, and use drugs (within a single state) and the liberty to own firearms are equally facets of individual rights, and equally beyond the Constitutional authority of the federal government to restrict.

Drug abuse turns minds to the left and towards compulsive deception.

So where are the anti-2A laws in Alaska?

Learn this lesson from CA.

Do not comply.

Keep a low profile and keep your guns.

If they ever do go door to door with Search Warrants, make sure you take at least one of them with you.

It’s your DUTY to your posterity and to the nation itself.
