To Cupp’s credit, she issued a tweet Monday morning saying she’s “truly sorry” for “reacting too quickly to the Covington story.” If only her colleagues would do the same. Apology NOT accepted.

A settlement is essentially a bribe to the plaintiff to go away, with instructions to never talk about the case again.Nope. It is an admission of guilt by cnn and a realization by the kid that a trial would be dragged out for years, with no guarantee of victory, regardless of the strength of your case.
He had the best lawyer {Lin Wood} in the business and they agreed to take the victory {and the money} and move on.
Now they have some cash, and if they make the decision to fight a future case all the way, at least, they have cash in the bank, and ...
NO WORRIES MATE.
