That’s what I thought at the time too. Napolitano either flew out or was in Az at the time and she personally visited and took charge of the crime scene.

She actually ordered that the primary murder suspect in custody be released back to Mexico on the pretext he was supposedly a confidential informant of some kind , as uf that were relevant.

Almost happened, too. Would have, in fact, were it not tor the fact that the Border Patrol, FBI, DHS and State and Local LEO defacto mutinied and refused to comply .

Treats were made to go public with what was going down in the case if she didn’t back down.

She backed down
