Either way, it doesn’t look binding.

Saw that Mike Lee and Rand Paul were pretty dissatisfied with the briefing given this PM and are not buying the administration’s story on the ‘urgency’ needed to take out the Iranian General. Both have apparently announced they will vote to support the Slotkin/Pelosi resolution/bill/what have you.

If it’s a Simple Resolution, it could very well pass majority vote in the House and Senate. Not sure how binding it is upon a President, however unless it’s a formal bill. No way on earth POTUS would sign a bill, though, so this is all most likely theatrics.
