What can be done? Can natural American citizens ever hope to recover the usurious costs for this communist-inspired strategy?

There are two latin terms that discribes the automatic conveyance of citizenship;

jus sanguinis or jus parentis - citizenship flowing via parents.

jus soli - citizenship flowing via birth location.

I am of the opinion that jus soli should only AUTOMATICLY grant legal residence status. That could be upgraded to full citizenship based on:

1) physical residence in the US of no less than 10 years with no felony convictions (state or federal)
2) completion of 4 years of service to any city, state or federal government agency in any capacity.
3) selective service registration,
4) passing the US citizenship test.

Jus parentis (more correct legal term - jus sanguinis) should automaticly grant legal resident and only automaticly grant citizenship when BOTH parents are citizens. When one parent is a citizen, the automatic grant of citizenship should only occur after the person has resided 10 years in the US with no felony convictions.
