She gave the US an Army officer. I should think that would be more than enough to mitigate the circumstances.

No, she is an illegal who delivered a son on US soil, who, by our laws was afforded many benefits in life.

He also had the privilege of the US Army making him an Officer.

I hear what you’re saying, but her son chose to join the Army as an adult. She didn’t give him. It’s a tough situation, but all parties knew for years and years that she had no legal right to be here.

That’s what I think. Seems like a simple solution.

There are responsibilities that just must go along with residing in the US without citizenship. Mitigating circumstances will get a hearing, but not until we hard hammer down, on the Illegal Invaders, and over-stay Visa holders and continuing flagrant abuse of our southern border.

They really are affecting even our representative apportionment and illegally voting.

Grant it, Ann, the fault lay with past administrations who cheerfully lured Mexicans in, for Cheap Labor, which was in turn a government pay off to the political Corporate Donor class. In exchange, for residency and work, our government Purposely failed to enforce our immigration laws.

But those days are over in the eyes of the American people, and they have been over since 911.

And this officer is decrying the enforcement of US law, which is in violation of his oath as a commissioned officer of the US Army. Never mind his own now-questionable status as a citizen.

Maybe I missed it, but how does a dreamer/anchor type baby become a US military officer? Is he a legit us citizen? Not by any stretch of the 10th amendment in my mind.

Yes, I am a native and natural born us army officer....

Nope. Nada. Zero points should be awarded to her for the offspring being in the military.

I’ve a son who will most likely will go to live in the PI because it will probably be easier than getting his beloved into this country.

You can thank all the ILLEGALS and all of the OPPORTUNITIES and WELFARE benefits they’ve used up over the decades. Not to mention the sexual crimes, murders, robberies, death by accident and the Third World sexual abuse they seem to enjoy.

If I can understand, and accept the logic of the situation and I will have a son living out of this country then another grown-up should be able to curb his emotions.

If I had my way every single and I do mean EVERY ILLEGAL would be deported.

I don’t think so. She had 30 years to attempt mitigation . Did she do anything ?

If only she was a cartel member and a Democrat donor. Otherwise no luck.
