And the Democrat MSM fails to point out the hypocrisy.

It is difficult to violate an oath that has not been administered. In fact, it may never be administered to any US Senator since Nauseous Nancy has no intention of submitting the articles of impeachment.

I presume her hysteria is to protect her son...not to mention maintaining the overall corruption scams in DC.

"Let me clarify Senate rules and Senate history for those who may be confused," McConnell said ...LOL
McConnell is in no way intimidated by Nanzi the Nincompoop. She is utterly powerless in the Senate and looks like a fool trying to push the Majority Leader around.

The Constitution is quite clear in stating that the Senate has the sole power to try impeachments. This means that the Speaker of the House can ask for considerations--but the Senate has no Constitutional obligation to accommodate them.
Yertle the Murder Turtle is within his authority--Nancy is not.
F**k *ff Nancy.

All Pelosi can do now is stall and talk. She refuses to appoint house managers or send impeachment to the Senate. She has no leverage and never did no matter Democratic lawyers think.

Dems can’t survive a fair trial....

Silly talk. The House has exactly zero to say about how the Senate operates.

Of course. They may PRAVDA proud.
All they care about is that their Dark Lord, the vile demonic Botoxian has spoken!! The problem with these so-called articles is that they’ve got shitt all over em. Plus, the evil witch is just protecting her son and the sons of other RAT liars that have been laundering tax-payer money thru the Ukraine for ages.
They all belong in a cell.

By now, it should be very evident to everyone, including the Trump haters, that, Pelosi and Schumer and democrats won’t be happy unless Trump is found guilty and removed from office. IOW, she and democrats have a predetermined outcome and won’t settle for anything less.
So, at this point, the ‘case’ should be thrown out of ‘court’ (even before it’s delivered), because of attempted jury tampering and for obstruction of justice (by democrats) mostly, because it can’t be a fair trial, therefore, a mistrial.
Democrats have effed-up the whole case which then makes it a no-case.

Nancy put her signature on the blatant lie that Obama was a natural born citizen so she has no room to talk about anyone else keeping an oath.
Were she held to hers she'd be hanged by the neck until dead for being in violation of it in a way that undermined the Constitution and threatened the security or our Republic.

Nanzi is nuts. There is NOTHING in the Constitution that requires the articles of impeachment to be transmitted to the Senate. There is also NOTHING in the Constitution that specifies a roll for any House member in the Senate impeachment trial.
McConnell should take note the House has impeached the president and schedule a hearing by the judiciary committee in a tiny basement room. Then, the Senate Committee should vote and inform the entire senate of their conclusion, whereupon the entire Senate can vote.
Otherwise, McConnell should inform Nanzi the Senate rules will be exactly the same as the House rules during impeachment. No unapproved democrat witnesses, no unapproved democrat questions, etc.
