All any Christian needs is the Bible to show them what to do and how to act and what rules and laws to follow.

So, you are saying that God doesn’t have anything to do with it? You are saying that the Cardinals are all acting independently of divine guidance? You are saying that the Cardinals don’t spend a season of prayer begging God for an understanding heart as they prepare to vote on the future of their beloved Roman Catholic church?
Really? Is that what you are saying?
God doesn’t send the white smoke up the chimney, but it is a sign that the Cardinals have all reached a unanimous consensus of faith that it is God’s choice to fill the holy See?
Isn’t he the last pope, according to their own prophecy?
