unlike finite amounts of oil and coal.

You're a damn liar, Jim Carlton! As long as the earth's tectonic plates continue to subduct each other it will continue to produce oil and coal. You may as well declare water a finite resource. Which it would be if evaporation and precipitation ever ceased.

We have a 5th Column in our nation working hard to weaken us from inside. I suspect most of the foot soldiers are nothing more than pawns but those that are providing the money and guiding them certainly know what they are doing.

While the federal Energy Information Administration agency didn’t have historical data on such projects, it estimates industry costs for transmission-related operations increased to $11.4 billion last year from $6.7 billion in 2009.

Wait a minute. How can you estimate anything without data? The Energy Information Administration should change its name to the Energy Bullsh*t Administration.

“Yeah, we’re going to replace all fossil fuels with renewables in 10 years. “

Try to run an induction blast furnace with solar panels.

I would require all “green” technology to be manufactured using green technology. No diesel to mine, transport or to manufacture any steel component....no manufacturing using any electricity having any fossil component...no installation or excavation using any fossil-powered construction equipment. Make exasperated greenies admit publicly there is nothing that can be done to advance “green” tech without a heavy reliance on fossil.

What’s the point in making green fuel if you cannot share it? Am I reading this wrong? These people have energy but they can’t “capitalize” on what they have because someone doesn’t like how the wires would look? I wonder how those objecting would feel if someone sat them down and explained to them that without wires they would loose their power, their cell service, etc, etc....

“ Renewable energy is generated from sources like the sun or wind that don’t get depleted, unlike finite amounts of oil and coal.”

Using expensive windmills and solar panels with short lifespans that only work when the sun is shining or the wind is blowing. Snort.

Nobody is willing to allow new electrical infrastructure, but they all want electric cars. Electric cars are the stupidest thing ever.

There is NO "Renewable Energy".

None of the sources flying under that label are cost effective in the open market. (meaning without gov't subsidies or tax credits)

Interstate commerce. It’s a federal issue. Trump should stick it to Oregon. Teach them a lesson about big government.
