I guess this news was already cooked into the market as it hasn't moved the DOW at all from a morning decline.

I doubt this will move ANYTHING. If anything, actually seeing the agreement will drop the market.

My guess is the market goes down a couple thousand next week on “first of the year” tax selling.

It means nothing.
