I had the exact same thought. Also, what crime have they committed? Typically you need to commit a crime before going to jail.
Joe and the rest of the Marxists want to be able to throw anyone in jail for any reason.

Yes, we have access to water. My old neighborhood sat over groundwater which had been contaminated with toxic waste before the development was built. The neighborhood directly to the north of mine had a notable childhood leukemia cluster. This information became known earlier this year--after we had lived there for thirty years.
Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that anyone responsible for the decisions that led to this situation is still alive.
