Is anyone challenging the constitutionality of this? Is this not the reason for the NRA?

I’m also wondering why the NRA has been so silent on this issue.

Have they gone full RINO?

“Is anyone challenging the constitutionality of this”?

Most counties in VA are questioning it. And so are most sheriffs. At least one sheriff has plans to deputize citizens.

It’s the responsibility of the people, not the NRA.

So, yes, it is being challenged.

As a matter of course, there should be litigation. All we’re hearing about is the extra-judicial action, which is pretty fun, but not necessarily the only front on which this is being fought. I’ll bet the NRA has a case already pending.

Doesn’t the law actually have to have been passed and “broken” to be challenged in court?
