I'm already surrounded by section 8's. Have been for years. As the neighborhood continues to improve, however, they are slowly thinning out.

The poor are coming your way whether you want them or not. MS13 is going suburban. They can't afford most of DC any longer.

You can plan for them, or you can live with illegal rentals. Your choice.

Your apparent assumption is that you can continue to hide behind exclusionary zoning and the poor will magically become someone else's problem. Ain't gonna work that way no more. We're pricing them out of DC. The free market will drive them your way.
