Even Florida man is getting in the holiday spirit.
A 67-year-old merrymaker was busted in St. Petersburg for handing out marijuana Saturday night “because it was Christmas,” authorities said.
Richard Ellis Spurrer was confronted by officers around 11 p.m. after he was allegedly spotted handing out weed to passersby, news station WFLA reported.
Spurrer — who had 45 grams of marijuana on him — chocked up his generosity to the holidays, telling cops that the hand-outs were “because it was Christmas,” according to Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

I have been growing in CA for almost 10 years, legally.
Mostly give it away to sick people as my ‘needs’ are really small.
Have a friend involved in hospice and he gets the lions share....80% or so.
But I do take a quarter pound to the annual Christmas party, dump it into a salad bowl and tell people to take all they want.
It has become a tradition, a fun one.
I view weed like beer, mostly harmless.
