This is why the FISA court needs to be abolished.

Rule 2: If yes, prepare to see some of the most dishonest, incompetent, childish and totally untrustworthy rulings in the multiverse.

Roe v. Wade Brennan was appointed by Nixon. Kennedy by Reagan. Souter by HW Bush. Roberts by W. It’s not as if the GOP has a good track record on judges, unfortunately.
Judge Collyer near this two years ago, the fact that she did not bring charges then shows that she failed to do her duty, and is now knowingly just as guilty.

They should all be tried and executed including their supervisor Supreme court chief justice roberts. Try them all for treason and then have em hanged on the white house lawn. They deserve it

I think the overall blame can be placed on Paul Ryan, who protected the Deep State to the end. Had he given a damn about the country, instead, he would have let Nunes bring that FISA Bitch in front of Congress to explain why she didn’t care about this spying.

Chief Justice “Dread Pirate” Roberts should not only step down, he should be investigated for being controlled, willingly or under coercion, by the treasonous Deep State communists.
Roberts has yet to comment on the fraud & treason FISC has imposed on our Constitutional Republic, a FISA Court that HE oversees.
Not only that, Roberts has appointed a hussein judge to replace the retiring FISC judge...almost like giving the patriots the middle finger.
Yep and I heard Roberts appointed an Obama judge to take her place. I think if that happens they need to abolish that court.

Unfotunately he won’t step down and it sure doesn’t seem like impeachment will likely happen. He’ll probably sit there for 20 more years.
Soon, we will see more of him than we’ve seen in a long time as he presides over the Senate impeachment trial. I expect he will make more rulings than Rehnquist did during the Clinton impeachment. Must see TV, I suppose.
